Lourdes “Bing” de la Llana Pimentel is the founder of Buhay Isang Awit Foundation, Inc.

Best known as the wife of Senator Aquilino “Nene” Q. Pimentel, Jr., and the mother of their six children, Bing has emerged as a gifted composer and lyricist, a dynamic producer of six musical shows, and, most recently, an author.

An effective organizer, she established Oro Kasandigan Foundation, Inc. when Nene was mayor of Cagayan de Oro in the 1980s.

Bing was also the founding president of Millennium Women for Peace and Development Foundation and continues to serve as a director of the Community Chest of the Philippines and is an active member of the Senate Spouses.

had a successful five theater runs in Meralco Theater. The musical was not only a hit with the audiences but it brought tears to the eyes of those who witnessed the historical People Power in our country.
